TARA SHANNON has been a Master coach since 1997 teaching essential life and intimacy skills which have created empowered, happy, and extremely successful lives. She has appeared on Oprah, CBS News, and Good Morning America and has written articles for The New York Times, The Annenberg Museum, More Magazine, and The Amsterdam Expat.
Tara believes that if you don’t have what you want in life, it’s because you haven’t identified what you need- or what will authentically meet that need for you.
She specializes in moving clients forward that have had years of therapeutic help and yet still feel stuck.
Tara is content director for AGEIST, a media company educating advertisers how to market to the $15 trillion emergent group of consumers over age 50. She was a very proud board member of Casa Treatment Center, a women’s-only recovery center based in Pasadena, CA, and Knock Out Abuse West, a not-for-profit, domestic violence organization creating safe houses for women and children.
She lives in Southern California and loves how the light turns pink, gold and violet over the San Gabriel Mountains.
